The original discription of the arms when translated is:

"Gold; Three Black Roosters, Comb and Wattles Red, placed vertically and to the right and
a naturally colored tower of two stories to the left; Red frames in the windows and in the door;
the entire shield bordered Silver and charged with eight small St. Andrew's crosses."
